RQRK built Hexis as a habit-tracking app. This privacy policy explains how Hexis handles your information.

Summary

Hexis is built to work entirely with your own data, on your own devices. I do not operate any servers, I do not see your data, and I do not sell or share it with anyone.

What data the app collects

The app stores the habit groups, habits, and completion history you create yourself: names, icons, notification times, active days, and daily completion status. This data is created by you and never leaves your control.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored locally on your device, and optionally in your own private iCloud account so it syncs across your own devices signed in with the same Apple ID. This sync uses Apple's CloudKit private database, which only you (and Apple, as the infrastructure provider) can access. I have no access to this data.

Notifications

The app schedules local reminder notifications on your device based on the habit groups you configure. These notifications are generated and delivered entirely on-device; no notification content is sent to me or to any third party.

Purchases

Hexis offers an optional one-time Premium purchase, handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit. I do not collect, see, or store your payment information.

Analytics and tracking

The app does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs, and does not use cookies.

Account creation

The app does not require creating an account. Your identity within the app is tied only to the Apple ID you're already signed into on your device, used solely for iCloud sync as described above.

Children's Privacy
